This Privacy Policy applies to Lilian Perret Commerce OS, a private internal application used by Lilian Perret to provide authorized Google Ads and ecommerce professional services. Contact: Lilian.perret.pro@gmail.com.
1. How the application accesses Google user data
Google user data is accessed only after the relevant Google account or client account has granted the necessary access. Authorization may use Google OAuth 2.0 and/or normal Google Ads manager-account permissions. Client Google passwords are never requested.
2. Google user data that may be accessed
Depending on the client mission and permissions granted, the application may access Google Ads customer/account identifiers, campaign and ad-group configuration, ads, keywords, assets, budgets, bidding settings, conversion configuration and diagnostics, recommendations, performance metrics and reporting data.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing professional service requested by the client: account audits and diagnostics, reporting, Search/Shopping/Performance Max campaign preparation and management, conversion troubleshooting, quality assurance, evidence collection and client deliverables.
Material account changes are subject to human review before execution. The client remains the owner and administrator of its Google accounts.
4. Human access
Lilian Perret and specifically authorized internal collaborators or contractors may review Google user data only when necessary to provide the service explicitly requested by the client, investigate security/technical issues, or comply with law. Granting account access for a professional engagement authorizes the necessary human review for that engagement.
5. Storage and protection
Access tokens, OAuth client secrets and Google Ads developer tokens are not stored in this public website and are not included in public client reports. Sensitive credentials are kept in protected runtime configuration separate from distributable/public files. Operational data is minimized to what is necessary for the mission and access is restricted to authorized users.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect confidentiality and reduce unauthorized access, including access controls, separation of secrets from public application files and revocation/rotation of credentials when exposure is suspected.
6. Sharing and technical service providers
Google user data is not sold. It is not transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. Technical service providers may process only the minimum information necessary to provide infrastructure, security or AI-assisted analysis that is directly required for the requested service. Such processing is limited to delivering that functionality and is not authorized for unrelated purposes.
7. Prohibited uses
Google user data is not used for targeted, personalized, interest-based or retargeted advertising; data brokerage; determining credit-worthiness or lending decisions; unrelated user profiling; or training generalized AI/ML models.
8. Retention and deletion
Google user data and related mission records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, perform quality assurance, resolve support issues and comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or securely destroyed where practicable.
A client may request deletion of data held for a completed mission by emailing Lilian.perret.pro@gmail.com. The client may also revoke Google account access directly from the relevant Google account or Google Ads access settings.
9. Limited Use disclosure
Lilian Perret Commerce OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. Updates
This policy will be updated if the application's handling of Google user data materially changes. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
