1. Purpose
Lilian Perret Commerce OS is a private internal application used to assist professional Google Ads, Merchant Center, ecommerce tracking and ecommerce platform services. It is not offered as a public SaaS product.
2. Authorized access only
The application accesses a client's Google account data only when the client or an authorized account administrator has granted the appropriate access. Clients remain owners and administrators of their accounts and can revoke access at any time.
3. Human-controlled account changes
Material Google Ads account changes are reviewed by a human operator before execution. Automated analysis may prepare recommendations or proposed actions, but the application is not intended to autonomously publish sensitive account changes without approval.
4. Data handling
Use of Google user data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Google user data is used only for the requested service and related quality assurance, security and support.
5. Internal users and technical providers
Access to the application is limited to Lilian Perret and specifically authorized internal collaborators or contractors. Technical providers may be used only as necessary to deliver the application's requested functionality.
6. Availability and changes
The application is under continuous development. Features and integrations may change to improve reliability, security, compliance and service quality.
